IT*RetainSearch™
Our Retained Search Program is designed to fill those positions that are
difficult in nature or require a full time recruiting effort. Search services are
performed on a contract basis. A search fee is charged for each position contracted.
Search fees are determined by the salary level of the position and the degree of
difficulty of the position. Typically our search fees are charged at the rate of 20% - 30%
of the starting salary of each position. Search services require a one third retainer at
time of contract.
